Jaqueline Cipolla, Executive DirectorA proud Oyster Bay resident for nearly a decade, Jaqueline Cipolla holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master’s Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from St. John’s University. After graduating in 2011, Jaqueline dedicated ten years to education, working across Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island. Her career as an educator also included leadership roles such as a Program Director, Teaching Coach, and Administrative Intern. In addition, she earned a certification in Educational Leadership from Long Island University.
Prior to her career in education, Jaqueline worked with the Community Service Department at Henry Schein Inc., where she contributed to the organization’s annual Back to School program for underserved children. This experience deepened her commitment to service and community development. In 2022, Jaqueline transitioned back into the nonprofit sector, initially serving as an Event Specialist, followed by roles as a Youth Development Associate and later, Corporate Partnerships Manager. Over the course of her career, she has successfully organized and led large-scale events and cultivated strategic partnerships to secure sponsorships for various initiatives. In January 2025, Jaqueline was promoted to Executive Director of the Oyster Bay Main Street Association, continuing the work of her esteemed predecessor, Ms. Meredith Maus. In her new role, Jaqueline is overseeing grant writing, planning community events, and fostering collaborations with local organizations to enhance the vibrancy of Oyster Bay. She is also working on initiatives aimed at creating a safer, more walkable downtown and providing technical assistance to small business and building owners in the area. |
