The Oyster Bay Main Street Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a healthy economy in an attractive hamlet, while maintaining the downtown’s historic integrity. We engage the public and private sectors to revitalize the heart of Oyster Bay through responsible preservation, beautification, community events, educational outreach, and business development.
Since our founding in 2001, the Oyster Bay Main Street Association (OBMSA) has been at the forefront of revitalization efforts in downtown Oyster Bay. We do this by following the Main Street Approach to downtown revitalization, as established by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Work is done by volunteers in four grass root committees:
