Boo-tiques by the Bay is Oyster Bay’s spirited downtown celebration of Halloween, offering a festive afternoon of community fun for families, shoppers, and spooky season enthusiasts of all ages. Organized by the Oyster Bay Main Street Association, this annual event invites children to dress in costume and trick-or-treat at participating local businesses—many of which run special promotions and deck out their storefronts with creative Halloween displays.
