The Main Street Association has been at the forefront of assuring that the Oyster Bay Hamlet has the vision and plan that it needs to move forward. We have commissioned several studies, some of which are available to view in their completeness here.
Theodore Roosevelt Museum Site Location
Two days of community meetings in March 2008 culminated in a Town Meeting and a professional report prepared by Dan Burden and architect Edward Erfurt.
Eastern Waterfront Community Vision & Revitalization Plan
This plan provide guidance for short term goals, intermediate goals, and long term goals for an area in Oyster Bay north of Shore Ave, Audrey Avenue, and East Main Street. Parking lot, public space improvements, park improvements, and large-scale development projects are proposed.

Prepared for the Oyster Bay Town Board by Frederick P. Clark Associates, Inc. and the Hamlet Plan Steering Committee that included Main Street and other partners.
